I can attest, sweet 16 is delicious.

 

That what I said when I poured the 1st glass. It's been like that since I tapped the keg. It's insane. The most oily IPA I've done. It's nuts. I've turned that recipe into a house one, it's so good it's stupid.. I've got some bottled to send into a comp, it's that good.

It just sounds overblown because it's the last sentence in the chapter; he's trying to just make one final, all-encompassing statement of what was a very theoretically complex chapter. I know the author and I can guarantee you that his personal demeanor is actually waaaaay more down to earth than that might lead you to believe—guy's just absurdly smart and lucid.

Anyway, it's about time to go "massage" those neuron connections I just wired. Grease 'em up, maybe they'll fire faster in the future?

I wound up choosing this for desert!

Having it with some pumpkin pudding! The combination of this tasty chocolate bomb with the pudding? I am in Yoohoo heaven! As I let the stout warm, the chocolate flavor just keeps getting better! I shall finish this bomber tonight, savoring it's sweet bliss! (Pay no attention to the Busch Light across the table!)
