    Ha my first from New Glarus tonight. The Apple Ale I'd pretty damn good even if I'm pretty sure it's a hard cider with a hint of barley flavor

    This is my first year drinking it so I don't have a basis for comparison. I'll say this though - it has a distinctive flavor that I enjoy and start to long for over the course of several days without it.

    Quoting my own post just to give this beer props. 250 plus reviews and this is the first one Ive given a perfect 5 in all three categories of taste, smell and overall. I was absolutely blown away by this beer. One of the top 5 beers Ive ever had in my life.

    This one spent a night in the freezer. No ill effects. Or maybe the night in the freezer took an incredibly uber fantastic beer and made it merely incredibly fantastic.
