--Flying Monkeys Craft Brewery (Barrie, Ontario; my twenty-third of their offerings);
--Grain & Grit Beer Co. (Hamilton, Ontario; my eleventh); and
--Great Lakes Brewery (Etobicoke, Ontario; my eighteenth)...

Laundry done and hanging out in 40 degree sunshine to (hopefully) dry this afternoon - some more household chores, and doing some work on the newly thrifted $10 Nishiki road bike....and enjoying this dark delight!

A whole chicken simmering most of the day. Will get 3 meals ( cream of chicken , chicken noodle & tortilla soup) from it plus will freeze some broth cubes for cooking additions later Not bad for $14 air chilled chicken . Drinking Roses on the Stairs WCIPA on the patio.
