Dry springtime weather here has a huge impact on skeeter egg hatching. I don't mind it actually as long as we get some rain.

 

This is a lot better than I remembered. Highly recommend for ESB fans.

Block 15 Sticky Hands DIPA

Been a couple of days as I was on some heavy painkillers to address the back tweak. Not solved but much better. Good to be home, but seeing family in Pacifica after the SFO conference was fab.
No, still not running (sigh).

Weldwerks/Fidens Collab...hell yes. The aroma alone is so good. Drinks so soft and fruity with a nice touch of bitterness. Wow.

 

Swamp Head Brewery Big Nose IPA with a single tequila shot to celebrate our 1 week return from St. Thomas.

 

Tallboy Tuesday so ... having a Wormtown Be Cheeky peach IPA. It's nice and cold and really hitting the spot.

You were right to forgo the brew while on painkillers. I know too many stories of folks who did that and it wasn’t a happy ending. Even something as innocuous as Tylenol when mixed with alcohol is bad news. I admit I do mix Advil and alcohol not so much lately but in years gone bye too many times.

By virtue of the fact that you are enjoying a beer must mean your back is doing much better. That is good to know. Back pain sucks. It basically messes up everything you try to do.
