Threw it out two Sundays ago after my trail race lifting a bag apparently. Got worse last week so.... yeah. Here we are....here we are. Meanwhile...I think I want another beer! Hmmm....

 

Hamm’s on the patio . Best go in and make some dinner after this. Will be leftovers , tortilla soup , and pork fajitas.

My son and I are trying Tree House's Milky JJJuliusss. Nice little beer.

 

I was going to make schnitzel but if I do that I like to make spaetzle. Too tired so I did pork cutlets with a mushroom gravy and cauliflower rice. Another time. I used to do it at the brewery. I'd make the dough for spaetzle and poach it in lager made at the brewery. Full hotel pan with holes forcing the dough through with a cutter into simmering lager. Lost alot of hair and burns on my arms with that one...then half the tickets requested extra spaetzle..painful.

Is it lower back. I had the worst sciatica for a few years. Right side last year and left this year. It's good right now. I do alot of low impact elliptical and try to do Romanian feaf lifts as often as I can. It's helped
