    Very heavy on the peat smoked malt, but I'm at Food & Fire restaurant, eating smoked wings and brisket, so it fits well.

    Still clearing out the cellar. Getting lower but still stuff there. This is 2010. Purchased down the road from the brewery. I loved this beer fresh and with age, 16 years is too long. Flat, caramel smell, bit sweet with a woody astringency, taste is pretty muted overall. By no means terrible but a shell of what it was and if this was a current beer in this condition I would ask for my $ back. Drink em if you got ‘em, not getting better.

    Loved this album when it came out. Need to dig it out and spin it again. Not heard it in a long time.
