6.6% cask NEIPA. Nelson and Galaxy hopped.

 

First time trying this and I keep being told it's too fresh and needs to age. I don't know, I really enjoyed it and will probably have another to finish off the session! For what it is, it's very easy to drink.

East India Pale Ale 1897 by The Kernel.

5.8% cask IPA based on an 1897 Fullers recipe.

 

I had 2 2024s late December last year and both were excellent. 1 also had 2 different 2018s and the 50th Anniversary was very nice but the Historical aged in Scotch Whiskey barrels was, to me, past it.

 

Happy Good Friday BA's! I'm putting in some work in the mancave today and enjoying a Trillium Congress Street IPA.

Picked up this tasty brew this am....

 

Land sakes child its FRIDAY!! I wish I could have fried foods on this Fry Day but my body can't take much of it very often. But given the right circumstances, if someone were to pop a basket of fried oysters in front of me I'd open the flood gates. Fried Wisconsin cheese curds...gates off the hinges. Large deep fried mushrooms or pan fried sliced morels in egg wash with straight up mayo as dip...gates sold at auction. This is torture!

That'll fill up your little chalkboard. Thanks a ton for this @beergoot. It is heavenly. Simple description: Choco covered malted milk balls dipped in hot buttered spiced rum that is barrel-soaked. This is a really nice morning beer. Cheers BAs!
