    Trillium WCIPA collab Shello! now brewed with Nelson & Simcoe hops alongside Monkish, Side Project and Sante Adairius ales. Was actually expecting more Nelson Sauvin notes, this is pretty balanced and tasty though with sweet tropical fruit flavors, ripe passionfruit, starfruit, pineapple, mango, guava, grapefruit, orange citrus, caramely malts, and floral dank resinous earthy herbal grassy pine. Pretty nice one from Trillium. Cheers all!

    ...if you like rye (especially straight rye - 100% malted rye), it is sublime...one of my favorites...I just purchased this latest bottle today based on @Todd's post about Anchor Brewing appears to be getting back online...as I recall, Anchor Distilling originally produced this rye...regardless, I needed a respectable rye whiskey as I was plum out of the stuff...

    ...so, yeah, Old Potrero 'Straight Rye Whiskey' is a fine value and good rye (in my estimation)...
