Skeleton Key brewing collaboration with Orange and Brew bottle shop, Sleeveless in Chicago(land). A fruity APA.

I helped on brew day with this one and we're pretty happy with it.

 

Who knows if they update or change the formula. I know one thing this tastes really good. So well balanced for a big beer. Bitter yup but the malt seems more honey than caramel. Maybe it's me but I'm really liking this year.

 

12K+ steps today chasing vendors all over the Hospital, getting too old for this...

 

This was canned on 9/16/25 but it's still tasting fine. Been in my fridge for awhile. Cheers!!

 

Hail, to the classic pale ales. They maintain my interest.

 

Santa Clausthaler. I still have 1 more of these. I probably should finish it before the next batch drops.

 

I think this one would be a popular brew again but who knows? I really think the FoMo crowd is slowly disappearing. There is almost unlimited access now. I think it's enabled more beer drinkers to really experience more of what they're drinking and find the ones they really enjoy.

I was hoping for more of a Rye profile

 

Schlafly Non-Alcoholic IPA. Got it from a buddy and I am glad I don’t have any more as it’s meh for an NA IPA.

 

Agree just having the beer for a bit was cool.

Definite closer for this noob. These West Coast start times are so inconsiderate when we have to work the next morning here on the East coast. (I'm kidding of course. Totally living on the wrong Coast when it comes to baseball season.)
