    First time on this one, and I'm confused. It had no carb at all, but I don't know if that's typical or not. Weird, because its a corked bottle, and only a few months old.

    How much have the hops chilled out? I love barleywines, but this one was such a hop assault that I couldn't finish the bomber. I gave the rest to a friend.

    Batch 4 bottle... it's really coming together with about 2 months on it. Tartness toning in, zest and spice dialing back. I have high hopes for what this batch will be come June...

    Having another Stone Enjoy By 2/15/13. So far this is the best DIPA that is above 8% ABV (IMO).

    This afternoon with my coworkers it was Logsdon's Peche n' Brett, followed by an Alpine Pure Hoppiness, and then finished with Lost Abbey's Serpent Stout. There was also copious amounts of cheese and such, cause that's how we roll here. :slight_smile:
