    I do a slow pour with the entire botttle of 120 to fill most of the glass then do a really slow pour over the biggest cereal spoon I have. I lay the top of the bottle on the spoon and let it trickle out, you don't want it to pour into the bottom beer, just kinda splash off the top, the shortest distance it falls the better off you are.

    Just cracked this baby open from Funkwerks, Dark Prophet (a bourbon barrel aged Belgian dark ale), and ready for the game. Hope its as good via the bottle as it was yesterday on tap.
