There's a few out there but two that I really wish were cheaper.

I can't bring myself to spend

    $25 on a Golden Blend 375

    $20 on a Red Poppy 375

Prettty much all of Great Divide's barrel aged beers, though non-infected BA Yeti is worth it, at least once or twice a year.

Honestly, most. I look at the selections at bottle shops and am like, "Oh, that's a good one" or "I love that one." Yet, none of them find their way into my bag. The hobby is getting way too expesnvie for me, so for the most part, I am sticking with $8-$12 six packs that I love and the ocassional bomber I want to try.

Oude Tart. I did justify buying two bottles. However I thought about buying it 10 other times and couldnt pull the trigger.

Bmc beers at a concert venue or music festival ( 10 for a corona really?!!). Bottled "rare" beers at most local restaurants. I refuse to pay 25 for the dissident or the abyss. Especially if i know that if it was on draft it would be exponentially cheaper!

None. If the post was "beers you like but can't justify the $ to your SO" then I could make a list

Just about everything from Mikkeller. Most of the stuff is good, but not great and for the price there are plenty of better options.

BCBS :slight_frown: 22.99/4 is slightly out of my "drink to enjoy a good beer" price range. I can only justify drinking one on a special occasion

There's a bunch of non-barrel aged beer that is good, but being in the $10+ range for a bomber, I can't justify it.

Westvleteren 12 4pk. Couldn't even imagine dropping $85 on that beer when a beer like St. Bernardus 12 is readily available for a fraction of the cost.

If I can't justify the price, then I don't like it.

Cascade. When the Barrel House first opened I was there weekly for lunch and a glass or two, and usually bought at least a couple bottles from each release when they were in the $15-18 range. Sadly, all of their blends seem to be taking on a "same as the last one" character, with the choice of fruit being the only differentiating point in what are otherwise lacto-bombs. After the announcement of a $30 price tag for Vlad I'm done. I haven't even been to their pub in months, simply because I started thinking about the $6-8/8oz glass prices and realized that I could buy bottles of Girardin, Tilquin, Drie Fontienen, etc, for less $$$ per ounce.
