It was the only thing related to chop suey that I could think of. Never had the dish and frankly don't know what's in it, but then again that describes half the stuff at the Chinese restaurant.

The main pairing of the night. Balsamic Chicken Salad with a Belgian Tripple. Using Belgians to pair food is always an easy way out but this is one of the better compliments I've ever had.

Stay tuned to an easy but good dessert pairing...

Chop Suey=leftovers. That's what I've been told and the day I tried it, I was sure it was true.

Take a deep breath. Remember, it's only the most important decision you'll make all day!

My bad...session APA. 4.4 % ABV and its pretty much a showcase of an experimental hop variety called 7272. It offered an impressive amount of flavor for the low abv but not sure I was a huge fan of the hop variety...it seemed to be really, really musty. Not offensively so but can't say I finished my beer and had a need for another.

Thought the cherry wood smoked scottish ale was quite the better of the 2 Odell pilot brews I tried.

Too lazy to take a picture. This has to be one of the best IPA's you can get for less that 10 bucks a 6 pack.
