    Moving on to some classic, heavy hitters:

    Tripel Karmeliet - an incredible Belgian tripel (if you're not familiar)

    Followed by a Thomas Hardy's Ale - an English old ale that is to the old ale what the Karmeliet is to the tripel!

    Since I've had a few of these by now, I figured I'd try a different glass and I also figured I'd include the yeast this time:

    Looks like a lava lamp - lol - tasted a little rougher, less smooth - if that makes sense (with the yeast, that is) - I probably won't add the yeast next time (i.e., it didn't improve the flavor), but it certainly didn't tarnish this drink.

    It's a Belgian Stout thang... Black Albert is a really heady MFer...

    Let Kabert warm. It's a totally different beer at 60 degrees like no other beer I've ever tried. It's barely even worth drinking at fridge temp. Seriously - night and day.
