    It's been a long, cold day. Lots of shoveling this morning followed by a winter hike in the woods with an old friend of mine, followed by a little school work, a couple glasses of wine with another friend, and finally back home for a hot bowl of soup and a cold glass of Hoppyum.

    Old Ale battle, although it's one sided because Fruet is BB aged and I'm not fortunate enough to have the BB4d... Either way an amazing tasting and not the only brews we had by far. Our night included Humidor Double Black Ale, Immort ale, Long Strange.
