It's nice to know there's good beer now appearing in airports. I flew through Burbank, CA a few weeks ago and had time between connecting flights, after a terrible string of weather delays getting to CA (not to mention about 10 hrs between in the air or in airports); finding Widmer - Nelson Imperial IPA on tap was like an oasis in the middle of hell.

Not to sure, it's in PA. I did hear rumors that they will start distributing in NY soon, not NJ, but we will see.

It's holding very well! Just to test the age I cracked this next:

While the '08 was slightly "brighter" on my palate, I would not give up the sherry/port notes in the '05.

    Cheers!

Me too. I've studied Chado, the Japanese Way of Tea for 6 years now. Basically, I'm a student in the Urasenke school and I can perform the tea ceremony.

Nope, it was time for a Nugget Nectar and now a Hop Notch. Still grading. Boo.

Checking out Zinneke from Smuttynose Brewing. I really am digging this brew and as an added bonus the price couldn't be beat ($5.99).

Happy birthday, mine was two days ago. I drank my first ever Parabola for it. Although the BCBCS still reigns favorite beer ever. Cheers!

I have to get back to my practice with the bokken as well as Eishin-Ryu Swordsmanship. Oh and I did see lessons here for Chado in the Philadelpia region. I might have to go to this..

That which is chado / Is transmitted through the mind / Through the eyes /Through the ears / With not a single written word.
