No Belgian yeast, but it really reminds me of Sierra Nevada Pale Ale or Torpedo...especially in the nose.

Town Hall TN Dessert was poured at Rare Beer Fest. It was delicious! Super chocolatey dessert beer. I think it was on nitro though.
Probably a while ago, but when was the maple syrup added? And was the beer bottled or kegged?

I overheard someone said they talked to the brewer and that "TG adds maple syrup like they would hops", so I'm guessing it's like dry hopping...
