3 Philosophers holds up remarkably well. BCBS is nice, but tends to tail off after 6-7 yrs. Boulevard Rye-on-Rye. Deschutes Black Butte.
I think I will echo many comments above, but here goes... The saison style is one of my favorites and traditionally is the style of beer...
I second Deschutes...Alaskan Smoked Porter is very good too.
