Typically the more popular the brewery is with hipster beer lovers, the worst service. They've not (yet) had to scrap and earn their keep.
Good for them. As a NC resident I can attest A-B pretty well buried that brand.
The brewery keeps saying it's year round. I think sales will determine that (or not)
I'm sure they're selling quite a bit of it, but can't imagine it will actually be year round. Vast majority will try it then get tired of it...
Everyone's mileage will vary, but if you're Uptown for a short trip there's nothing in Concord you can't get much, much closer. It'd be like...
Similar to a number of NC breweries - perfectly solid, nothing that would make you recoil nor schedule a return trip ASAP. Perfectly competent,...
Based on your description of what you do and don't like, Burial will likely be a letdown.
By a mile. Sierra Nevada is the beer Taj Mahal, and the tour is like a history of American craft beer. Plus there's always a number of beers on...
This is my review as well - they absolutely accomplished what they set out to do, but I can't imagine anyone drinking it in any real volume....
Congratulations! Can't wait to visit, best brewery in Columbia by a fair stretch.
My mom says I'm cool
What a lame response.
D9 Uptown is closed (and never opened, really). Are you dead set on walkability? Because that will be tough. If a quick Uber or light rail ride is...
It does seem odd that a mountain town brewery would have surfboard tap handles. I've been to most in Asheville and can't place it.
Me being "Likeable Level 6" feels like the BA version of "But my mom says I'm cool!"
Will there be any way for us who already received to get that additional beer? Happy to pay.
[Announcer voice]: Spoiler, They were not.
Got the box and psyched for it. Me and two friends have made a tradition (well, this is year 2 at least) of sharing these during the Super Bowl....
Columbia is pretty much a wasteland. Bierkeller and Hazelwood are solid, others range from average to terrible. Craft and Draft bottle shop is...
Should probably also add, a style that tends to attract non-brand loyal types who constantly want to try what's new.
