I love the 4A. point here...this is also a way to help maintain freshness of IPA's ....also anytime someone wants to make there own six of stuff...
another way to help achieve this is to make sure you have a monthly sell, and move older IPA's, lagers, blondes etc...off the my biggest pet peave...
