So many great places to pick from but this would be my top 10.
3. Ft George
4. Great Notion
5. Barley browns
Base Camp or Burnside I would say are the 2 most forgettable in PDX. I've tried both locations several times but their beer just doesnt stand out...
Pfriem is the best brewery in the entire Northwest region in my opinion and is very kid friendly so id do that.
Ive heard from several people the screw and brew in Cannon Beach is pretty cool. DeGarde is amazing. But my favorite on the coast is Ft...
Belmont station. The patio and philly food card out back are awesome. Always have great beers on tap.
Saraveza...Go Packers!!! Not a large tap...
I live in WA but work in and drink more OR beers
Washington I'd say Bale breaker
Oregon is Breakside
Portland. No car needed at all. You can hit about 15 awesome breweries/beer bars in just a small chunk of SE PDX an easy walk between them all....
I agree with Oregon, Breakside is the bomb. I'd go with Bale breaker or Heathen for WA though.
Heathen. They remind me so much of boneyard but way less busy. I think i prefer some of their stuff over Boneyard. Another great under the radar...
Breakside is my favorite brewery in Portland.
Gigantic and Baerlic are 2 others that make really awesome stuff.
Block 15 sticky hands
Pfriem Belgian strong
For PDX proper I'd cut out Burnside, Columbia river, Coalition....personally not at all impressed with any of them. I'd stick in any of the...
Another vote for Breakside IPA best I've ever had. Vortex and 3 way by fort George are right up there too
Yep for sure, #1 reason I moved to Portland. Pacific NW beer scene is amazing. That and the awesome hiking out here.
Very hard to pick a favorite in Oregon but I'd say either Breakside IPA or Boneyard RPM
Anything from Breakside or Gigantic. All their IPA's are awesome. Also anything from Fort George I'm a big fan of those guys.
Breakside or Pfriem
Hood river was much busier than last year which surprised me. Logsdon had probably twice as many people this year. Pfriem was packed as well.
Breakside and Gigantic both make awesome hoppy beers. Deschutes always has some small batch IPAs at their brewpub as well as their normal bottled...
