If you go to Avery they still have quite a few of their Brewery only Barrel Aged Sours in bottles available. I was just there Tuesday.
Casey beers really aren't sour. You should be able to find Crooked Stave, Trve and some Black Project fairly easy.
They've been open awile and they've done a lot of good beers. Just a couple blocks away is Kettle and Spoke a new brewery in a bicycle shop. Easy...

Baker's brewery is in Silverthorne is not far from Dillon Dam and much better.
I've had a few of there beers at Colorado Plus, they don't have a taproom currently. It's amazing what you can find out with Google and Facebook!;)
Also Strangely Epic is a great beer. Brewed by Strange Craft as well.
Strange Craft has some good bombers available at the brewery and at local Denver liquor stores. I recommend Cherry Kriek and 1000 Barrel.

Colorado Plus is a good place to try a lot of Colorado beers in one place. They usually have 5 or 6 of their own beers but have a total of 56 taps...
There's 4 brewery's in Montrose now. Zulu being the newest.
Avery and Finkel and Garf are both in Boulder.
Its quite tasty! Had one at the brewery.
The last 2 releases were brewery only.
