I live in Metro Detroit, and I haven't seen any Breakfast Stout in a while. I'll keep my eyes open.
I'm in Lansing. Most stores and even some smaller party stores have four-packs. Some are selling single bottles.
It's ubiquitous in Michigan stores, just like Breakfast Stout was. I thought Double Trouble was pretty good.
