2003 N'Ice Chouffe

    I just found a 2003 bottle of N'Ice Chouffe that I had cellared and forgot until tonight. I'm planning to drink it on Christmas but I'm concerned that it may have aged a little too much. What do you think?

    Not much you can do about it if it has! I've never had one that old, but they get a really intense spice/yeast profile with a few years on them which I quite like. Maybe pick up a fresh one and you can do a little blending if the 2003 isn't to your taste?
