I brew at a club in Chicago. One of our members got this barrel from a friend. I believe it was an angels envy barrel then a port barrel. We had seven guys brew 10 gallons of the same recipe and then aged it for around 9 months. The club has around 6 different barrel projects going right now. It's pretty fun.

I think Angel's Envy finished some of their bourbon off in Port barrels? Could it have been that?! That's cool either way!!
