    Agree with this, but since I haven't had Hoof Hearted, I'd just sub in MadTree or Hoppin' Frog, whichever won in an arm wrestling match.

    Regarding Hill Farmstead - I've had a decent amount of HF beers on tap or from a growler. I've also had some bottles. I put them on my list because everything has been top tier quality from Pales, IPAs, DIPA, Porters, Stouts, saisons, etc. The fact that I can get elite beers in many styles from one brewery makes them a slam dunk. Also, the OP stated unlimited availability....which would be a dream come true.

    Founders-solid all around line up, with delicious releases.
    Maumee Bay Brewing-need to support my local brewery that has a killer line up.
    Great Lakes-their core line up may be the best and most consistent of the majority of breweries.

    Revolution - great hoppy beers, stouts and barrel aged beers

    SN - great variety and price point, and almost everything they do is done very well. Lagers are well represented too.

    Stone for their IPAs, Xocoveza, price point and steady release of new stuff.

    Founders- at least 5 truly world class beers available readily.

    Bruery-tried a lot of their stuff and loved most of it....couple of stunners in there too.

    Central waters- maybe a controversial shout but they make some exceptional beers.....
  26. Tdizzle

    Tdizzle Zealot (522) Dec 19, 2006 California

    • Sierra Nevada (Pale Ale, Torpedo, Celebration Ale, and Bigfoot are some of the best beers of all time, IMHO.)
    • Russian River (Pliny the Elder is one of the best DIPAs; and their sours are incredible.)
    • Deschutes (The Abyss and Jubelale are some of my favorite beers.)

    Hill Farmstead.

    Didn't even think about it much to be honest. Not in a "these are the best breweries out there" kind of way, but like there's SO MUCH great beer to be had among any of the top 200 or so breweries that you could throw a dart and be enjoying exceptional beer for life. I mean the degrees of separation between the elite and the second and third tiers is very small. What a time we live in. What a time.

    Only THREE?! I don't know if I can do it!! But I'll give it a shot and this list will most likely change in the future, but here we go...

    CCB - There's so many offerings and they are really consistent; although there was that one bad batch of Jai Alai recently.
    Free Will - I've had almost all of their beers, before moving to Florida and the head brewer John and the rest of the boys are constantly brewing new beers and doing it real well too.
    Stone - Plenty of beers to choose from and their IPA's are always tasty

    Sierra - they excel with both standard fare and specialty beers

    DFH - many fails but when they're on, they ARE ON!

    DFH - Since 90 Minute IPA is my favorite malt beverage;

    Sierra Nevada - Love SNPA as well as their seasonal offerings and finally;

    Genesee - Yes, I grew up on GCA and still love it to this day (and am thankful it is now widely distributed in Florida).

    HM - CCB - Love Jai Alai but the problem with a top 3 is there is only room for 3!

    This is a tough one. I have a strong preference for hoppy beers and big malty stouts/porters.

    1. Stone- I love their hoppy beers plus they make some fantastic stouts also.

    2. Founders- I couldn't do without Breakfast Stout. In this scenario, I am assuming I have access to most of their special releases (KBS, Backwoods Bastard, etc.)

    3. Ocelot- a little homecooking here. Ocelot is a small brewery doing fantastic IPAs and solid barleywines and stouts.
