I finally got my hands on a bottle of Hommage from 3 Fonteinen. While I am an advocate for "try it fresh first", I'm wondering if anybody here has any experience with aging this beer and whether you prefer it fresh or aged, since I don't know when I'm gonna get another bottle.

It depends on your flavour preference. My wife prefers her geuze a bit more on the fruity side and so she prefers it fresh. I love my geuze really dry and funky so I prefer an aged geuze. I’ve got a few bottles of hommage and plan to cellar them for a few years.
