You could pick from any and all styles, but are only allowed to drink 5 different beers for the rest of your life. Mind that availability DOES matter, ie choosing Heady Topper as a permanent west coaster may not be in your best interest.

    What do you choose??

So we can pick, but if its a limited edition we are limited to only drinking it when its available? ie: if I say Beatification it doesn't mean I have a readily available endless supply?

Correct. If you choose something from Russian River and don't like on the west coast or Philly, you're limited to drinking it only as often as you would normally, via traveling or trading for it.

Jesus...the availability limitation really makes you think about this one. I'll give it a go...

Weyerbacher Double Simcoe (an awesome year-round DIPA that's always available in my area, and I gotta have at least one DIPA in here)
    Troegs Flying Mouflan barleywine
Duchesse de Bourgogne (gotta have a sour in there, and it's always available and very reasonably priced)
3 Philosophers (the blend with the Kriek in it)

This last one is hard because I'm torn between listing a awesome seasonal stout/porter OR a session beer that would be good for summer and camping, etc. Oh decisions, decisions.

Think I'm gonna have to go with Victory at Seas Imperial Coffee Vanilla porter. I love that shit so hard, and I need one stout/porter to drink once in a while. When it came out I would just stock up all crazy on it!

Just five would be horrific for me because a large part of the enjoyment I get out of craft beer is the unbelievable variety. I usually keep 10-15 different brews on hand at all times and my favorite part of the day after getting home from work is deciding what to drink that night. That said, if I had to choose five, they would be:
    1. St. Bernardus Abt 12
    2. Firestone Walker Union Jack
    3. Alewerks Old Stitch
    4. Bell's Expedition Stout
    5. Hardywood GB Stout (I know it's limited, but it is so good and right down the road.)
