I started down an ugly beer ice cream float road this weekend. Now I can't stop wanting southern tier creme brulee.
I know I know, most of you detest it. Whatever. It's phenomenal with high quality vanilla ice cream.
Please make me stop the beer floats!

Recently started going to explore some solid, well-made, widely available brews I hadn't had before (or at least, in a few years)
    1) SN Kellerweis
    2) Anchor Steam
    3) Anchor Porter
    and then, a glorious brew
    4) Founder Imperial Stout
and finally... because it just smells and tastes like hockey to me...
    5) Molson. I don't actually want to drink it, but nostalgia...

Let's see here. This is kinda hard, considering that this weekend was Big Texas Beerfest, but I'll take a shot at it.

Saint Arnold Bishop's Barrel #2 (sour brown) Only being distributed to bars, so I'm pretty upset about it lol
Fat Head's Head Hunter via trade
Deep Ellum Dreamcrusher double rye ipa
    Karbach Bourbon Barrel Aged Hellfighter
    (512) Double Pecan Porter (Barrel Aged?? Not sure on that one)

The list could go on for a while, but for now, I'll go with those five.
