I'm planning to do a challenge for myself. I want to have a top notch beer from each state and I am hoping you all have some recommendations. I am looking for unique, high quality beers. I'm not picky about style (though I am partial to IPAs), I'm just hoping to get a good variety in my selections.
Any feedback would be greatly appreciated!

Wild Wolf Double IPA in Virginia - probably would have to visit the brewery though. Full Nelson from Blue Mountain Brewery might be more available.

The Three Floyds brewery burning down has been an ongoing joke on here for years. If you go to Three Floyds website under FAQs #1 is "The brewery did not burn down."

Although not my favorite Wisconsin brewer, New Glarus is surely the most iconic and when nominating a representative, it's going to be hard to beat. I'd go with the Wisconsin Belgium Red, there's not going to be a lot of competition within that style in my opinion, most of all considering NG holds 3 of the top 4 on the top 100 of Fruit / Veg. Beers.

If in need of other styles, NG Dancing Man Wheat is very solid as well. For stouts and barleywines, Central Waters for sure. For porters, Tyranena.
