90 min boil always needed with Pilsner malt?

    Consensus looks like 60 minute should do it, 75 min is better, 90 min for sure....See how the winds blow that day and shoot for at least 75 minute boil. Thanks all for the input.

    I like Weyermann Premium Pils. I do 70 minutes on my 15 BBL and never have DMS issues.
