    Glad you liked it. As it turns out, more and more breweries are offering mole-inspired ales these days. Hopefully you can track down a few in Texas!

    I've been eating Mole my entire life from the different regions of Mexico, mainly Puebla and Oaxaca, this article made me glad to see this food of gods has made it to the wonderful world of beer!
