I know that this place has been mentioned in other forums, but Ill bump it up here. Most Montrealers go to Plattsburgh a few times a year. You need to stop off at Richard's (they have a "Place" on this site)
I just wrote a review after being there this week. The place is a mecca, if you are looking for American craft beers. They have a great selection of Founders, Rogue, Green Flash, tons of Ommegang, varieties of Sam Adams that Ive never even heard of before, AleSmith, much more! Yes, Burlington might have better, but its also much further. For those of us stuck with no access to U.S. beer in Quebec, to be able to get all this SoCal beer 1-hour away is amazing.

Yes, i've been there a few times though not recently. I actually preferred the selection at Bark's beer cave in the Shell gas station though maybe Richard's has gotten better?
