I missed 70k when it came through Lex, heard the same thing about it being their best yet. I had 35k on cask and that was amazing, I can only imagine what 70k is like.

I'll answer my own question. No. They had 20 left this morning.

Seperate question. Can anyone trustee for me and pick up my 4 pack on the 14th for me? I am most likely not going to be in town that weekend. I would send you my stub for the 4pack and pay for shipping the bottles back of course. BM me and we can work out the details!

hmmm. I did not know about that post on facebook. In my case, my sister was driving through louisville Monday. I asked her to stop by the brewery to see she could buy a ticket. I called that morning and the lady on the phone said they had around 20 tickets left. I let my sister know they had some left. Next thing you know she sends me a pic of a receipt for a bo and luke 4 pack with a red "Cluck Cluck Mother******" stamp on it. I assume this is the ticket I need to get the 4 pack. Im wondering why they posted on facebook saying they were done selling it Sunday.

I suppose I got lucky... sorry for breaking the system. I would suggest calling ATG tomorrow morning and asking the same thing I did. Maybe they will also allow you to buy one

You didn't break the system. You WON the system.

    Was it still $69?

So the standard bottle with the orange cap is the one aged in pappy barrels correct?

They are all aged in Pappy Van Winkle barrels. The orange capped ones only saw that barrel treatment.

    For everyone's reference:

Orange Wax: Regular Bo & Luke
    White Wax: Peanut Butter
Red Wax: Habanero & Serrano Pepper
    Copper Wax: Lapsang Souchong Tea

The consensus I heard from the ATG staff is that the Lapsang Tea was a favorite.

I've had the Lapsang Souchong and the Pepper. Pepper is the best pepper beer I've ever had.... just a bit of flavor and prickle of heat at the end. Perfectly balanced. But the Lapsang Souchong blew me away. I had no idea what to expect from that beer and it was beyond outstanding. Can't wait to try the PB.

ok thanks. just making sure because some people at the event yesterday were saying that only the first ever batch of bo and lukes were aged in pappy and that these were aged in some generic whiskey barrels. thanks for clearing that up

Had a Bo and Luke Port barrel on tap there last night. While still delicious, it wasn't as good as the original in the PVW barrels. IMO

I was so paranoid about missing out on an extra pack that I neglected to try the port aged one. I'm glad you said this.

Your sentence could benefit from additional punctuation, unless the cap blowing off was indeed spectacular.
