Age at 68 degrees or refrigerated?

    I have no options other than these 2. The 68 degrees is in winter due to the heat being on. Probably will be 64 degrees in spring/summer/fall. Refrigerator is 41 degrees.

    Depends on how quickly you want to age your beer and how age worthy the beers are. If you've got something big for the relative long term then 64-68 F in darkness may be OK. But if you've got something less ambitious which you're planning to sink within a couple of years time I'd go for the fridge.
