Had my first bottle of this last night and I was quite impressed.
I was wondering how well this would age.

Most Gueuzes are able to age exceedingly well under the right conditions. I'd say if you liked it fresh (well, sort of since all gueuzes are aged a certain period before bottling), I'd give it a try. I too really liked Tilquin when I had it, so I'm planning on doing the same.

My guess? Like a boss! Wish I could afford to have as many as I would like to have and try em each year for the next 60 years. 'Course I'd have to live to be the oldest human ever to do it, so there's that.

Didn't this only come out a couple years ago? No one knows for sure how it'll age. But since every other gueuze ages well (to a point), this one ought to as well.

yea, 2010-11 was the first bottling I believe so no one can speak from experience but as you said it's a gueuze so it should age well

It has some Cantillon in it so it has to age well :grinning:

Had another one the other night and realized I need to grab a few before they disappear. I believe 2010 was the first bottling so it'd be sweet to see where they are in 5 & 10 years.
