I've got a few bottles of (non-BA) BORIS, and my gut feeling is to drink 'em up sooner than later. I really liked the one I tried, but it doesn't seem to have any serious harsh flavors that might need to mellow. Seemed to me like a great, sweet, nicely balanced beer as is.

BUT: I'm new to this cellaring game, so I was curious to hear what experience / opinions folks have.

PS I've got a couple DORIS as well, though I haven't tried that one yet.

I think they hold their own for a year or so. Haven't gone any longer than that myself.

I had a bottle that I just popped on Sunday with ~2 years on it maybe? It was tasty, but also wasn't really improved at all over fresh. I'd say drink 'em if you've got 'em.

Thanks, folks. Seems like I should enjoy them but that there's not a huge rush like with a DIPA. Perfect.
