You won't be getting a pint at any breweries right now unless they have a kitchen (Bosque, Quarter Celtic, Nexus). You can get to go stuff at pretty much every brewery though hours are slim for some. Marble probably has the longest hours at 11-8 daily. Not much in the way of new places, no surprise as it's not really the time to open a business!
Canteen has a great Helles that's worth stopping for a crowler fill. You can hit La Cumbre right around the corner and get some of the Sun Fade hazy seasonal IPA that came out the other day. If you're going to be in the Marble area on your way through hit me up if you'd like a can of the La Cumbre Clarity hazy DIPA that sold out the day of release. Have an Ex Novo All Together and Elbow Bump you're welcome to as well.

And with that said, you would be far better off just waiting until you land in Santa Fe where your options will be far better, like Second Street and Rowley Farmhouse Ales.

But definitely worth stopping in Albuquerque to grab some beer to go. As mentioned.

Thanks for the suggestions ... Figured as much about having a pint, so works out since the preggo wife doesn't want to anyways haha. Will look up Canteen, never heard of them and would be fun to try something new!

New England here...I once traveled for my job and spent a lot of time in ABQ. This was 2010-2013. I grew to love the Marble Brewery. It was great! I loved their beer, especially their hoppy beer. Do they still exist? It sounds like they're not the only show in town anymore.

Looks like taprooms are now allowed to open.

50% capacity for outdoor seating this weekend and on Monday that grows to also allow 50% capacity indoors, if I read that all correctly.

Looking like we may stop by La Cumbre now for lunch if we time it right ... Outdoor patio seating is always a plus

My family and I will be in Santa Fe for a couple of nights in July on our way west. Any breweries/tap rooms eateries worth checking out while in the area. Post above would reason the majority of the action is in ABQ. With 2 kids unfortunately hard to justify that drive over although perhaps I'll build up brownie points and allocate if needed.

Rowley Farmhouse Ales is great. Particularly if you enjoy, well, farmhouse ales. But even if you don't. They also serve some decent food.

I'd also recommend the namesake Santa Fe Brewing. They have a few locations, including a new beer hall away from the center of town just a bit. I haven't visited it yet, but have been to their neighboring Bridge and it's a nice setting to enjoy a beer.

I don't have kids, but I believe either should be suitable. And I'm not a local but Santa Fe is my favorite city and I visit it frequently. Hopefully a local or two can chime in with their spots.

Can't go wrong with either Rowley or Santa Fe, as mentioned.

2nd Street is my main go to in when up in Santa Fe.

A quote from an article from the Albuquerque Journal discussing the economic struggle during Covid-19. This is from one of the Bow & Arrow owners.

    .

Not sure she is threatening the possibility of closure if these ordinances go into play or closure was already a concern and these ordinances would be adding on.

Sounds like only the employer-provided mask mandate passed, while another measure was voted down and a third tabled for now. Hopefully the ABQ city council heeds the warnings from the small business community and isn't foolish enough to harm them further when they're already facing the challenges presented by COVID. I'm looking forward to my next visit to ABQ when this is behind us, and would be crushed to find Bow & Arrow and other favorite spots were no longer around to visit and enjoy.

Drinking a Tumbleroot Mark of Midnight imperial stout I picked up at Christmas in Santa Fe. Super nice beer, if wildly over-carbed.
