It's great to see barleywine from all of the awesome tampa breweries. Just saw Arkane did one as well. For my recent memory that is Green Bench, Cigar City, Angry Chair, 7venth Sun, and now Arkane. Haven't had Angry Chairs recent release or Arkanes but I have enjoyed all of the others so far.

 

Seems AC announced this year anniver. plan. How was ticket line last year? Was it crazy?

 

It’s camp over night type of affair. Or at least my buddy did to get tickets.

 

People camped out over night but I thought tickets didn’t see out immediately, that if you went a little later you could still get them. I’m not sure if they let you buy two last year though

 

I think the intent of selling tickets at 9 PM is so people don't camp overnight to get them.

 

Pretty sure that was a typo, think they made the correction to 9am

Correct, you pay per pour. This would be the craft beer deal of a lifetime if it was $50 for a barrel aged bottle, limited edition glass and pours included.

Quick question for you Angry Chair'ers - i'm heading here in February to get out of the northeastern cold - do they can at all? or mostly bottles - just seeing what my options are insofar as takehome stuff. Thx.

 

Your take home options will most likely be limited to what is being put into crowlers at the time your there. Unless you happen to be there for a release which would also require you to get to the brewery early on that day (depending on the release, maybe really early).

If they release non-BA bottles around when you head down, they probably sit on their shelf for a week. Hope you can get one.
