Dude this is sick! I would do this if I wasn't in an apartment. All my girlfriend allows is my three shelves. I just alternate them every once and a while.

Mind sharing how you stop them all from falling over?

I used some X14 in every bottle to clean them out. Also rinse each bottle before the leftover beer has time to dry.

[IMG] This picture is a few months old now, but I've added some since. The doorway will covered someday by hinged boards. Not pictured is the beginnings of a wall dedicated to all my beer stuff that isn't caps - glasses, signs, openers, etc. Gimme a few months and I'll post that, too. Not my Big Wheel, by the way. Mine is much bigger.

I bought a 13 0z. tub of "Crystalline Clear" Museum wax. This is enough for 100s of bottles for about $10

Have you used the Museum wax for bottles or just caps. I am concerned that the bottles will fall off the wall and break. Do you think, in your opinion that it would hold 12oz empty bottles with no problem ??

Here is a pic of the walls of my man cave. It's a collage photo because I don't have a wide angle lens to be able to get it all in on one pic. There is actually another 5' of wall space off to the right that does not show at all because it turns back toward the camera. There are somewhere between 1,200-1,300 bottles on the shelves.

I have rare success in posting pics, so here goes. It's a small photo because of the need to combine multiple pics side-by-side.

Holy moly! I just noticed that they are all stacked on each other...quite a feat, even with super glue! That sort of stunt just wouldn't last very long on this coast, unfortunately.
no problem at all. I trust it with even heavier things than empty bottles. It will melt a bit in extreme, prolonged heat, like in a garage.
