Anyone ever order from beerplanet.eu?

    Has anyone in the US ordered from them recently? I placed a SIGNIFICANT order 6 days ago and aside from the money being withdrawn from my account have received no communication. It shows my order as being in the *preparing shipment* phase, but has been that way for nearly a week. I also emailed this weekend and have not heard back. Anyone have an recent interaction with them?

    Two shipments just showed up today. Both looked fine, no complaints from me. Just be patient. I had a package say "preparing shipment" for about 10 days, and then it showed up at my front door the next day.

    Don't expect US style service. I ordered from them one November. When January came around I started emailing. Two weeks after that I disputed the PayPal. Then they emailed very upset. You see the holidays are busy and they would send my stuff soon, if I marked the PayPal dispute as resolved.
    I didn't. Got my full order two later. Had much better service from the other online shops.

    Update:

    I did just check again and it has been shipped, so it took a week but my order is en-route, and based on its contents a week was worth the wait.

    Additional Update: The box arrived at my home this morning via USPS. I have yet to check the contents, but I know it did arrive, so basically 14 days from ordering to delivery.
