Never been to one of their releases. Only 60 cases. Release is friday at 4:30, think it'll be around til Saturday afternoon?

    Also, is it cash only?

pretty much everything they release sticks around for a bit (with the exception of idiots drool, and we all know how that turned out). they usually have a bunch of things on tap for tastings and plenty of staff members around to chat with - i've gone a couple times for releases and it's usually a pretty low key, relaxed event.

    also, they take credit cards.

Thanks for the info. Sounds like I'm heading there on Saturday then.

Is anyone else going? Chat/IP trade?

The only time I've seen the Brewer's Select sell out immediately was when Whiskey was released alongside Sour Black. I imagine you should have an easy time to get this one. I'll wait until I see it on tap though since it's easier for me.

I think that's the only label I've seen from Weyerbacher that has improved with their "revamped" graphics.

Whiskey was actually released a few weeks prior to the Sour Black release.

Yeah, but thats just because not that many people went until the sour black release. Once people tried it out and loved it, it was all gone. I'm not sure how many cases of that there were though.

Hah, fair enough. It did sell out the weekend of Sour Black though. So I'm half-right.

    Side question:

Does Bell's distro to that area? Best place close to Weyerbacher that carries it? I'll drive to Allentown if need be, but if there's some place closer, that'd be easier.

    Thanks!

For Bell's singles and six packs try Abe's in Bethlehem, Wegmans in Easton, Bethlehem, or Allentown for sixers, and Shangy's in Emmaus for the cheapest Bell's caes prices. Check beerfly for addresses. Also, be sure to check the bottled on dates.

Last time I was in Abe's I think they had keg cans and sixers of Two Hearted, sixers of Oarsmen and Kalamazoo Stout.

Is there any idea on price? Saw no mention of it on their blog.

I want to say that on their pricing, that the Brewer's Select beers are $1.60/bottle (or maybe $1.80/bottle), so if you go for a case it comes out to $38.40. I know that I definitely paid under $40 for a case of Whiskey.
