I'm looking to do an apricot wheat recipe for this spring. I am not wanting anything sweet- just a good apricot background flavor without any additional sweetness.... thanks!

Are you looking for more of a weizen wheat beer or an American-style wheat beer?

if your thinking of something like Magic Hat #9. just google it, I usually find clone recipes pretty quick that way

More of an american wheat ale- with light fruit flavor. I don't like Magic Hat....

You'll likely want some crystal or high mash temp to give some sweetness. Apricots (assuming the real fruit) bring a good amount of acidity.
