Anyone seen Marshal Zhukov yet?

I help run a beer shop in Tallahassee; we didn't see any up here last year. I've gotten several cases of the latest batches of Big Sound, Good Gourd, and Guave Grove. I also ended up with several cases of Cucumber Saison, which was more than I'd hoped for, so I'm keeping my hopes up.

 

I saw some made it to Gainesville already. Any luck here in Orlando yet?

I have nothing to trade but how do you know the vintage? Looked at my bottle (bought in Orlando Sep '10) but can't see a mention of the year.

 

I could be completely wrong and probably am, but i think it used to have a different lable that was a close up of his head and i think he had a moustache. can anyone confirm or am i just pulling this out of my ass?

Got the call today from Bottle Caps in Daytona.They got MZ in and are selling it for $12.50 +.82-$13.32.Not much difference from the Brewery

 

Excellent question, CCB did not date bottles back then. I know that the 2010 and 2011 bottles had completely different labels, I guess im assuming the 2009 is different as well. I'm also curious now that you mentioned it. Whats the label on the 2012 look like?

Looked at my bottle and there is no indication of a bottling date. Since i bought it mid-Sept. 20120, i'm guessing it's the 2010 vintage since they are typically released in August?

 

MZ has hit Orlando. Knightly has a 2 bottle limit, TW Colonial is sold out and TW millenia hasn't recieved their shipment yet.

 

For those in Miami:

Cervezas apparently has MZ but I just checked at both Stop n Shops and Crown and they have not received it yet. Not sure on Total Wine. Any update would be appreciated.

 

Sunset Corners currently has it. Total Wines said that they will be receiving it on Tuesday, but they are not sure how much. Last year they were swimming in Zhukov, but it looks like it might be pretty limited this time around.

 

Just bought six at Total Wine in Orlando at $12 each, if you find it at Total Wine use this..........I stopped in as they had saved six for me per my previous request, said they would have more on shelves soon.
