Anyone try Firkin Flower Power?

    Had some on Saturday night. May be one of the best beers I've ever had. Flower power is great, but to dry hop it on top of that...... Wow! Has anyone else tried this.

    I find this to be one of the best cask beers available. The bar I run goes through around 6-7 of these casks a year. The guys at Ithaca really know how to make a cask with the perfect amount of carbonation which greatly helps to move the beer fast enough to keep it fresh.

    I've had the Simcoe hopped one. It was a top IPA experience for me.

    Man, I want a taste of the simcoe version. The brewery taps a cask each Wednesday. I don't know why I haven't gotten over there for it yet. Wednesdays make me thirsty.
