Anyone try the paw paw wheat yet from Jackie o?

    I had it on tap a couple of times and really enjoyed it. I'm not sure if anything changes from then to the bottling, but I'd give it a solid 4/5.

    OK, serious question - why are you comparing an imperial wheat ale with fruit to a West Coast DIPA?

    in terms of fruit notes I got the same type of fruit notes from paw paw that I got from juju.pawpaw being more sweet than juju but juju delivering a better drinking experience overall.also to give the Op an idea of what to expect since I'm sure most people here in Ohio have had or read about juju so this gives them an good idea of what to expect.around here we got 1 case of paw paw and it sold out quickly

    Different base than Funky South Paw. Our Pawpaw Pale ale, South Paw, is the base for FSP. Pawpaw Wheat is much stronger, quite different. As far as pawpaw beers go, FSP is my favorite too.
