Is it good? That label for it has to be one of the best labels I have ever seen.
had it last night a few notches below hop juju
That's pretty solid then. Thanks!
I had it on tap a couple of times and really enjoyed it. I'm not sure if anything changes from then to the bottling, but I'd give it a solid 4/5.
OK, serious question - why are you comparing an imperial wheat ale with fruit to a West Coast DIPA?
in terms of fruit notes I got the same type of fruit notes from paw paw that I got from juju.pawpaw being more sweet than juju but juju delivering a better drinking experience overall.also to give the Op an idea of what to expect since I'm sure most people here in Ohio have had or read about juju so this gives them an good idea of what to expect.around here we got 1 case of paw paw and it sold out quickly
paw paw is good but I prefer it funky
I have one in my fridge chilling now. Ohio's state fruit!
I tried mine last night. It was pretty good I enjoyed it. I would buy again for sure.
Different base than Funky South Paw. Our Pawpaw Pale ale, South Paw, is the base for FSP. Pawpaw Wheat is much stronger, quite different. As far as pawpaw beers go, FSP is my favorite too.
