May be odd but for me its pilsner. Have had several crafts from variety 12s & a friend recommended Mamas Little Yellow Pils. I quit buying the style because I never found one I liked. Dont care for yeast esters in some Belgiums but have had good ones. Many styles I haven't tried I guess not as adventurous as used to be.
    What don't you like?

West Coast DIPAs. Way too bitter and thin, I'll never understand how these caught on. The moderate bitterness of singles like Blind Pig make them palatable, if not downright delicious. But beers like Palate Wrecker aren't even drinkable.

NEIPAs, Pastry Stouts and any non traditionally hoppy style that is over hopped. I guess that's 95% of the beers released in the last 3 years.

The new Murky "IPAs", and Scotch ales aren't my favorites, but I'll drink 'em. I will not drink Coffee or pumpkin beers.

Ginger beer is a soda, not a beer. Unless it says "Alcoholic ginger beer".

I know, found out after the fact...tastes bad anyhow, and shouldn't contain the word "beer"

Hefeweizen, Kristalweizen, American black ale and fruit/vegetable beer are styles that I never liked.

I'm buying less and less lagers now... too many (D)IPAs, stouts and sours out.

Spicy beers. If I wanted to drink liquid heat, Tapatio is much cheaper.

Can’t say I’m a big fan of bourbon barrel aged beers or black ipa’s.

I had a bad experience with a friend's homebrewed Brown ale (might not have actually been the beer, but you never know). Now I am no longer a fan of this style based off that incident. Although I did brew an English Brown two years ago which placed 3rd overall in a competition so there's that.

There are a number of beer styles which I am not a big fan of:
    • Dry Stout
    • AAL (although there are a few brands I like)
    • Rauchbier is hit or miss for me; I do enjoy drinking some brands
    • Super sour beers that are solely about the sour
    Cheers!

"Belgian-style" Trippel, Dubbel, (most) Quads, Rauchbier, Hefeweizen.

Ironically Trippel and Hefe were some of my gateway beers.

Don't typically like Russian Imperial Stouts, Scotch Ales, or Pilsners.

Love Pale Ales, (D)IPAs, American Stouts, Porters, Wild Ales, and Saisons

Still looking for a NEIPA I like, but I need to travel to New England again.

I don’t like clove phenolic beers, so German Wheat beers and many Belgians are not to my liking. It is curious that I really like smoked beers, smoke is a phenolic.

I have a difficult time appreciating this style as well. Even if the example is well made. Don't know what it is about brown ales, but they just don't click for me.

Agreed. The only brown ales I enjoy have something added to them such as C.O.B./Brown Beard from Free Will.

Serious question. Is it the acidity or some of the other aromas and flavors or all of that?

I never really understood the reason for them. I like eating spicy food WITH my beer, but I certainly don't need it IN my beer.

Still haven’t gotten used to smoked sours.

Also any stout with fruit in it. Really unnecessary.
