On Monday, July 9, Arizona Wilderness Brewing Co. broke ground on its second location in downtown Phoenix, Arizona. Opening this winter, the new spot will be a counter service-style burger restaurant and beer garden serving the brewery's own beer along with local Arizona wines and cocktails on draft as well as packaged beer to go.

Arizona Wilderness is really doing it right and making amazing beer and becoming a big part of the community. They also just purchased a warehouse for their barrel aging projects. So lots of good stuff to come from them.

Great brewery and their food is awesome as well. Glad to see them expanding a bit. Would love to get more access to their beers

A few years back they were at capacity at their original location. That brewhouse was so tiny and parking in and around that motel/gas station was a chore. Glad to see this happen a bit organically. They should've been bought out by now lol.

I think the expansion will take some of the load off the parking issue. They have added to go parking for the cans only, so a lot of people can park, get cans, and leave allowing more room for bar folks. I don't mind the crowds if the reward is amazing beer, they are just killing it with everything they do. They just snagged a warehouse to begin aging barrel aged items, so this will be another great thing. I cannot wait to see what they make.
NO BUYOUTS! LOL Honestly, they don't seem like they would ever consider it, they are way too into their vision to go down that road, least in my mind.
