Ark. BA's: New Brew-stillery in the works for Hot Springs bathhouse

    I read something about this a few months ago. A lease was awarded for two of the vacant bathouses on Bathhouse Row in the National Park.

    Interesting. Very mineral-y beer I would imagine!

    I actually had lunch with the ones that are opening the place. They have to have the equipment custom made due to how the bath house is set up.

    They didn't really sound like they had a good idea on what they are doing. Although they were pretty experienced homebrewing, they had no large batch experience. They are not going to distribute and it sounded like they weren't going to have a restaurant to go along with it either.

    Could be a disaster.
