    Time to make some

I wonder if this will be as 'exciting' as the dispute between Stone Brewing and Molson Coors over:

Makes me wonder if the business people at Molson Coors are believers in:

If the Coors relabeling is only temporarily as they said when this marketing event was announced, then this whole thing is Much Ado About Nothing. Get over it and don't make the lawyers richer than they already are.

There is an obligation to defend your trademark if you want to keep it. I think that may be on the owners of Monday night brewing's mind

From what I could read (no Instagram acct), the Molson Coors claim sounds lame and kind of fluffy, especially the part about it being a one-off.
“Sir, you stole that Lexus straight from the lot, in broad daylight”.
“Yeah, but it was a one-off…..what’s the big deal?”

Feeling blah on a Monday isn't unique to the day after the Superbowl. If the ad campaign was a hit, what’s to prevent them from using it for another sucky Monday?

Slim as it is, Monday Night might get some windfall from this (unlikely, but possible).
If someone is looking for a case of the Mondays and they’re all gone they might opt for some Monday Night stuff instead (since “Monday” is seared into their brain).

Should Monday Night now be concerned about the NFL, for infringement on Monday Night Football?

    Possibly!?!

There is no shortage of lawyers out there looking to make bank!

    Cheers!

Trademarks generally only exist within a product category. As long as they aren't copying font and logo and such from Monday night football I think they'd be safe.

Yep, that's probably a good guess.
